Return & Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns once goods are sold.
Orders once placed cannot be canceled after they have been shipped.
Exchange is allowed only in case of a damaged or defective product.
For exchange requests, the customer must share a complete box-opening video (from the moment the package is received, before the product is opened).
Claims raised without a complete video, or after 48 hours of delivery, will not be considered.
