- Before moving forward with any return or exchange, we’d like to share the heart behind our work. Each of our products is handcrafted with care by seasoned gold jewellery artisans in India, ensuring a one-of-a-kind charm in every piece. Since our items are made on order and shaped by hand, slight differences in form and detail are a natural part of the process. We also ensure each product is carefully inspected for quality before it leaves our workshop.All our products go through a two-step quality check before shipping.
- Kindly note all custom-made or 92.5 Silver base orders are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable. If at all you receive a damage product, we would request you to immediately contact us over a call or WhatsApp at +91 7838751954. - For deliveries within India, all taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on the Website.
- Please note that our products are not eligible for buyback and do not carry any guaranteed financial resale value. While the jewelry is crafted using 92.5 sterling silver, its resale value is subject to prevailing market rates and can be verified at any local scrap or silver dealer.
Do take care- Keep the Jewellery away from direct heat, detergents, lotions/creams, perfumes/ deodorants or any other harmful chemicals. Store the jewellery in jewellery box or airtight container.
