Josya Jewellery Rental Policy
Rules & Instructions

We provide selected bridal jewelry for rent. If you choose to rent from Josya, please ensure you book the jewelry at least 35 days before your wedding or event.

Follow the instructions below for a smooth rental process.

1. Rental Jewellery Period:
   1. Standard Rental Time: The rental period lasts for 3 days from the date you receive the jewelry.
   2. Late Returns: If you return the jewelry after the agreed rental period, we will charge a late fee of Rs. 500 per day
2. Security Deposit:
   1. Deposit Requirement: A security deposits, which is double the rental amount, is required before we dispatch the item.
      • Example: If the rental is Rs. 7,000, a deposit of Rs. 14,000 is needed.
   2. Refund Process: After we inspect the jewelry upon its return, we will refund the deposit after deducting the rental charges. The jewelry must be returned in its original condition.
3. Handling & Care:
   1. Handle Carefully: Please handle the jewelry with care. Avoid exposing it to water, perfumes, or harsh chemicals.
   2. Cleaning: Use a soft cloth to gently clean the jewelry before returning it.
   3. No Repairs: Do not attempt any repairs or modifications on the rented jewelry.
4. Damage or Loss: Any damage or loss of the jewelry will result in forfeiture of the security deposit. Additional charges may apply for repair or replacement, depending on the extent of the damage or loss.
5. Return Process:
   1. Packaging: Ensure that the jewelry is returned in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
   2. Return Coordination: Coordinate the return with Josya by emailing josyastudio@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +91 7838751954 or +91 8799759930. Include tracking details within 24 hours of shipment.

6. Cancellation Policy:

   • Cancellation Window: You can cancel up to 15 days before the rental start date. However, a 30% deduction will be made from the total rental amount.
   • No Cancellations: We do not accept cancellations within 15 days of the rental start date.
   • Booking Requirement: Please ensure that all bookings are made at least 35 days before your event.
7. Eligibility & Identification:
   1. ID Requirement: Customers must provide a valid government-issued ID and address proof during the rental process.
   2. Age Limit: Rentals are available to customers aged 18 and above.
8. Shipping:
   1. Pickup & Delivery: You can arrange to pick up the jewelry yourself, or we can arrange for pickup and delivery if necessary.
   2. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping and delivery costs.
   3. Shipping Areas: We offer rental services within India. Delivery times may vary based on your location.
